Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Innodi Ads Analytics (the “Service”), operated by INNODI COMPANY LIMITED (Công ty TNHH Innodi), 5th Floor, 15 Tran Khac Chan, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is provided to staff of INNODI COMPANY LIMITED (Công ty TNHH Innodi) and to parties we grant an account, for reporting on advertising of shops managed by INNODI COMPANY LIMITED (Công ty TNHH Innodi). Accounts are personal; keep your password confidential.
2. Connected platforms
By connecting Facebook or Shopee you confirm you are authorized to access the connected ad accounts or shops and you authorize the Service to read their advertising reports. The Service only reads data; it does not create, edit or pay for ads.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, disrupt the Service, or upload files containing personal data of end customers or malicious content.
4. Data
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Reports reflect the figures provided by each platform and may differ from final billing.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is”. We may change or discontinue features and will update these terms when needed.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
