Innodi Ads Analytics (the “Service”) is operated by INNODI COMPANY LIMITED (Công ty TNHH Innodi), tax code 0317435377, 5th Floor, 15 Tran Khac Chan, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Service is an internal reporting tool used by our agency staff to view advertising performance of the Shopee shops we manage, combining Facebook Ads and Shopee Ads data in one dashboard.
Data we collect
- Account data: the username and a salted hash of the password of staff accounts.
- Facebook Ads data: when a user connects Facebook, we receive an access token with read-only permissions (
ads_read,business_management), the user’s Facebook name, the list of ad accounts they can access, and daily aggregated performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, purchases, purchase value) of the ad accounts they select. - Shopee data: shop identifiers authorized through Shopee Open Platform, and daily aggregated Shopee Ads metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, orders, GMV), either retrieved through the Shopee Open Platform API or uploaded manually by staff.
We do not collect end-customer personal data, order recipient details, payment information, or the content of ads.
How we use data
Data is used only to display advertising performance reports to authorized staff of INNODI COMPANY LIMITED (Công ty TNHH Innodi). We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Storage and security
- Data is stored on a server in the AWS Singapore region (ap-southeast-1) and transmitted only over HTTPS.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are stored as scrypt hashes.
- Access to the Service requires a staff account; repeated failed sign-ins are temporarily blocked.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the connection is active. Disconnecting Facebook in the Service immediately deletes its token and all synced Facebook data; removing a Shopee shop deletes its data. See Data Deletion for how to request deletion of any data.
Third-party platforms
Use of Facebook data follows the Meta Platform Terms; use of Shopee data follows the Shopee Open Platform terms. You can also revoke the Service’s access at any time from your Facebook settings (Business Integrations) or from Shopee Seller Center.
