Data Deletion Instructions

Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Sign in to Innodi Ads Analytics and open Data sources.
2. Under Facebook Ads, click Disconnect & delete data. This deletes the stored access token and every Facebook record synced into the Service.
3. Under Shopee Ads, click Remove next to a shop to delete that shop and its data.

Revoke access on the platform

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → remove “Innodi Ads Analytics”.
• Shopee: Seller Center → Settings → Partner Platform / Authorized apps → cancel the authorization.

Request deletion by email

Email support@innodi.io with the subject “Data deletion request” and your Facebook name or Shopee shop ID. We delete all related data within 30 days and confirm by email.
